Circuit board bonding is a process used in chip production to bond wires. COB bonding requires several materials, including PCBs, wafers, silver glue, aluminum wire, and epoxy resin. While some materials may have substitutes, they are essential to the process. The process involves die attach, wire bonding, dispensing, oven use, and testing. To bond circuit boards, follow this process flow: Clean the PCB, apply adhesive glue, paste the chip, connect the wires, seal the glue, and test the board.
